Estimated delivery time is 8-12 days.

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Refunds

All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Therefore, all sales are final. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are for size only.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at shop@melanatedvibes.com. Once your exchange is accepted, you will be provided with instructions for mailing your item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The exchange must be requested within 14 days from order date. 

Include a note in your exchange noting the new correct size that you would like. 

You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. The item for exchange must be sent back within 30 days from order date. Melanated Vibes will cover the cost of shipping your new size to you. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
